Use of the facilities

Players and Spectators use our facilities at their own risk, KIKOFF Soccer Centres Pty Ltd, its parent or any affiliates do not accept responsibility for any injury or loss from the use of our centres. The use of our facility is subject to the following:

• Climbing on Fencing and netting structures is strictly prohibited
• No alcohol, glassware, food, chewing gum is allowed on the playing surface
• Smoking is prohibited within the facilities
• Intoxicated persons will not be allowed to play
• Children under 16 must be supervised at all times by an adult
• Trainers or rounded studs must be worn - no blades
• Players must vacate the pitch by the end of their allocated time without exception
• The person making the booking is responsible for all those who use the facility in the allocated timeslot and must inform all those of the terms and consitions of use.
• KIKOFF reserve the right to eject any persons from the facility without refund those who do not adhere to these terms.
• These rules may be added to at any time at the discretion of the centre manager

Bookings

• All bookings must be paid for in advance unless authorised by the centre manager.
• If KIKOFF can not provide the service offered we reserve the right to cancel your booking and will give either 48 hrs notice before the scheduled booking time or within 24 hrs of the time the booking was made.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hrs before scheduled booking time to qualify for rescheduling. This can be done using the online booking system. In the event of a late cancellation (within 48 hours) you will be charged the full amount for the booking unless KIKOFF can resell the booking to another client.
• Block bookings require a 20% deposit and the balance must be paid prior to use of the facility.
• In the event of heavy rain/electric storms, refunds will only be awarded if the pitch or conditions are deemed unplayable by the centre manager.

Terms of Sale

Terms of sale will be established at KIKOFF Soccer Centres discretion. KIKOFF Soccer Centres must receive payment prior to its acceptance of a customer's order.
The customer is required to pay shipping and handling. In the event of a calculation error in the total charge, KIKOFF Soccer Centres will notify the customer by telephone and/or email that the total charge had to be recalculated. Upon notification, KIKOFF Soccer Centres asks the customer to agree on the new charge. If there was an overcharge, KIKOFF Soccer Centres pays back the customer the difference in the form of a credit. If additional payment is required, KIKOFF Soccer Centres will make a second charge to the customer.

Return and Refund Policy

KIKOFF Soccer Centres will accept returned products for refund within the first 8 days from the date the product is received by the customer only if the product is defective. After the 8-day period expires, KIKOFF Soccer Centres does not accept returned products for refund. To return products the customer must ask for the authorization number. Upon receiving KIKOFF Soccer Centres approval to return a product, customers will be given a return authorization number and instructions to ship the product to KIKOFF Soccer Centres. If the product returned is determined defective by KIKOFF Soccer Centres, KIKOFF Soccer Centres will replace the product.KIKOFF Soccer Centres reserves the right to refuse returns that show excessive wear and tear. KIKOFF Soccer Centres reserves the right to charge customers for any costs incurred by KIKOFF Soccer Centres to refurbish the product or restore its saleable condition.
