What to bring and how the night runs

Turn up in shin pads and boots suited to synthetic turf — the pitches are floodlit synthetic surfaces inside the cages. Bring light and dark shirts if your team doesn't have a kit sorted, since some weeks you'll need to distinguish from the opposition.
